Engineering: The remaining preliminary phase tasks are to check details for the retaining walls, intersection designs, and storm drainage systems. The Right-Of-Way plans will be finalized when additional environmental permitting information is gathered and completed.
Land: Right-of-way needs are being assessed for the road improvements and stormwater facilities.
Environmental: An environmental consultant has been selected to support preparation of environmental documents for this project. This work will focus on wetland delineation, habitat assessment, mitigation site assessment, and other environmental permitting tasks.
